UVU Meeting Space - UVU Sorensen Center Rooms - Orem
Utah Valley University (UVU) offers a variety of spaces for business meetings. From full-service theaters to small conference rooms, UVU is a great place to hold your next meeting or convention. All areas of the campus must be scheduled for use. Most areas of the campus are scheduled through the Campus Scheduling Office. Requests may be made Monday through Friday (except for holidays) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. by calling (801) 863-8883 or by e-mail at bondco@uvu.edu Non-UVU groups are assessed a rental fee and are required to provide proof of insurance or purchase insurance through the University before the areas will be scheduled. Some events may require approval from the UVU Fire Marshall (801-863-8021) or the UVU Safety Office (801-863-7977 or 801-420-7866).

The UVU Sorensen Center is in the heart of the UVU campus. It is home to the Student Services and has several rooms available for outside groups to rent.
The Sorensen Student Center will give priority scheduling to ASUVU. ASUVU must submit their master calendar by June 1 for scheduling requests for the coming academic year. After June 1, all scheduling requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
