Orem City Center Bandstand - The Stage at City Center Park
The Stage at City Center Park (originally named "The Cultural Arts Outdoor Performance Stage") is a public facility, built by CARE tax funds, to give Orem Citizens additional access to live high quality artistic performances. Designed for small to mid-sized audiences (less than 300,) the Bandstand will offer free outdoor performances including Shakespeare in the Park, evening concerts by community bands and orchestras, noon-hour concerts by old time fiddlers, jazz and bluegrass groups, and two days of entertainment at Orem’s Summerfest celebration.

Summer Performances in the Park Bandstand
The City of Orem seeks performers throughout Orem and surrounding communities to play the new stage at the City Center Park in the summer.
The annual Orem Concerts in the Park series is held each Monday nights from mid-June until the end of August.
The Orem Art's Council looks for local musicians, dancers, singers, and performers to showcase their talent for the community in a series of free concerts.

State-of-the-Art Facility
Being an outdoor stage, the Orem Bandstand has no curtains or changing rooms. It does, however, have glass bricks and LED lighting on the backside.
Power and lighting is available from Orem City during performances. There are numerous outlets to accommodate portable equipment, lighting, and speakers. Orem City Staff manages access for scheduled events.

The facility is not "open booking." Scheduling is done through the Orem Art's Council and/or the Orem Public Library. There is enough room for 200 - 300 audience members.
Performances may include high-quality public and private:
- Dance Groups
- Choral Groups
- Bands of all musical genres
- Community and School Theater
- Children's Entertainment
- Storytelling in the park
Those planning to attend events should bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Because the park is constantly in use stationary seating is not available.
